Chris Toomer

As President of the Foundation, Chris coordinates the review of funding proposals and directs annual giving consistent with the mission of the organization.  A passionate supporter of international education and social service initiatives, Chris holds degrees from Northwestern University (Psychology and Asian Studies) and Harvard University (Master of Public Administration from the Kennedy School).  He has served as a Head of School in Japan, Indonesia, and the United States, as well as the Academic Director for a network of 9 Singapore International Schools.
