If you receive a grant from the Foundation, please be prepared to provide the following on your letterhead.

If we receive a grant, we agree to use the funds as specified in this proposal and to submit an annual update and evaluation of progress to the Toomer Family Foundation.
We agree that any reference to the Foundation in news releases and public announcements will be approved by the President of the Foundation in advance.
Acceptance of this grant also enables a representative of the Foundation to attend a board meeting if desired to learn more about your organization and its work.
